Judy Mandell has made a career out of words.

Her writing has appeared in The New York Times, AARP, The Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post, Prevention, and numerous other publications. She's written books, taught lifelong-learning classes, and somehow still finds time to host weekly Friday gatherings at home.

Judy doesn't seem particularly interested in behaving the way people think an 86-year-old is supposed to behave.
