After earning her pilot's license in the 1970s, Sue discovered a lifelong passion for exploring the world. She's now visited more than 80 countries, from Antarctica to Iceland, collecting unforgettable experiences along the way.

Following successful careers in engineering, construction, and real estate, Sue turned her attention to adventure photography and writing. In 2026, she published her debut novel, A Senior Year—a witty satire set in a fictional retirement community for the excessively solvent.
